MA Entrance Examination 

Admission to some regular universities for MA postgraduate programs is based on the entrance examinations listed below.

• MA Entrance Examination (University of Madras): The entrance examination for admission to MA programs, typically administered by Madras University, is held online every year. The application fee for the PG entrance examination is 300 Indian rupees. 

• Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG): The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the CUET PG in computer-based test (CBT) mode. Candidates who pass the CUET PG can apply for admission to the MA postgraduate degree program. The fee for the CUET PG examination is 1000 Indian rupees.

• Provisional Entrance Examination (MDU): Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU) conducts its admission test for the MA degree. The entrance examination is known as the Provisional Entrance Examination. The application fee for the MA Entrance Examination at MDU is 600 Indian rupees. MDU typically holds the examination online.
