IMTS INSTITUTE SERVICE And Plans

IMTS Institute provides three formally structured service plans designed to regulate and streamline academic support for all enrolled students. Each plan contains a defined annual interaction limit and clearly specified service obligations.

  1. BASIC PLAN: Status Already Activated upon Completion of the Verification Call, Fee Status Included in the University Fee Structure

Services Covered Under the Basic Plan

  1. Provision of general academic assistance relating to admission, re registration, examination form submission, assignment schedules, fee notifications and result related enquiries

  2. Access to official IMTS academic guidelines, instructions and procedural documents

  3. Call based support within the defined service hours

  4. Email based support for routine and non complex queries

  5. Assistance in filling and submitting institutional and academic application forms

  6. Timely support for examination form completion and submission

  7. Advisory assistance to facilitate timely issuance of degree and related academic documents

  8. Limited telephonic assistance during official office hours

  9. Limited email assistance restricted to basic student queries

  10. Provision of reference e books for academic use

  11. Availability of hard copy books at MRP

  12. Technical and procedural support for LMS login, assignment status updates, TEE notifications and practical related information

  13. No additional charges are payable as the Basic Plan is fully included in the university fee

Eligibility for the Basic Plan
This plan is appropriate for students who require routine academic support and standard procedural guidance.

Annual Amount INR 7000 / Year Auto Renew

    Status Activated Exclusively on Student Request

Services Covered Under the Advance Plan

  1. Comprehensive academic doubt resolution across relevant subjects

  2. Guidance for assignment formulation including structure, formatting and submission protocol

  3. Project assistance including conceptual framework, data interpretation and preparation methodology

  4. Priority response over the Basic Plan for both calls and emails

  5. Academic support for issues not directly governed by the university

  6. Hard copy books obtainable at MRP

  7. Ten to fifteen structured academic support sessions per academic year

  8. Assistance with correction of academic forms, updating of documents and structured study planning

  9. Enhanced documentation support for examination forms, practical submissions and internal assessments

Eligibility for the Advance Plan
Recommended for students who require extended academic assistance, frequent doubt clarification and specialised guidance for assignments and projects.

Annual Interaction Amount 12000 per year

    Status Activated on Student Request

Services Covered Under the Premium Plan

  1. Allocation of a dedicated academic manager for the full duration of the enrolled programme

  2. End to end academic guidance including assignment planning, project execution support and subject specific study strategies

  3. Continuous monitoring of academic activities such as examination applications, re registration, document verification and result tracking

  4. Highest priority service for telephonic and email communication, along with accelerated issue resolution

  5. Unlimited guidance within the defined annual interaction limit of 18000

  6. Specialised support sessions for complex academic issues, special case letters and official documentation

  7. Comprehensive support for LMS operations and academic dashboard navigation

  8. Complete handling of university related procedural matters and academic documentation

  9. Particularly suitable for working professionals who require continuous, comprehensive and personalised academic support

Eligibility for the Premium Plan
Appropriate for students who seek full scale academic management, priority communication and dedicated end to end support.

Annual Amount 18000 per year

Note : 

ADVANCE PLAN , PREMIUM PLAN: These plans shall be activated only upon receipt of a written email request from the student. Activation is not automatic and will be processed solely after the student formally confirms the requirement for enhanced services.

Students opting for these plans shall receive additional, deeper academic assistance, including personalised guidance and priority handling of academic matters. Under the Premium Plan, a dedicated service manager shall be assigned to provide continuous personal assistance and end-to-end academic support throughout the student’s enrolment period. Amount students can be Paid after getting services.
